This is a test. Please ignore the dirty dishes in the sink. This is only a test.

Had this been a real photographic endeavor, you would not be looking at the results of the world's crappiest scan. Nothing like using the wrong tool for the job.

The test? I wigged out and bought a Crown Graphic, stuck it on a tripod, and loaded it with Polaroid Type 55P/N. I needed a very stationary subject for a two-minute exposure and the sink just happened to be in my line of sight. A reasonably successful experiment.

I never, ever, envisioned myself shooting a frame of 4X5 film. But looking at the print and the Type 55 negative, I think I may have a new photographic friend. And somebody gave me a box of 4X5 FP4+. I guess I just have to shoot it.

As noted: taken with a Crown Graphic on Polaroid Type 55P/N (horrible scan from a really pretty negative).
