Kewpie doll.

This wounded little fellow was sitting next to an old, stuffed dog on the dresser in one of the bedrooms of the house we rented on Peaks Island this summer. Consider this photo a prosaic response to the poetic gem posted by Annabelle Texter over on Flickr.

Taken with a Rolleiflex 2.8F (on a tripod, no less) on Arista Ultra EDU 200.
